When will the hydraulic oil of the lift be replaced?

We all know that the hydraulic oil is indispensable for the lift, so the cleaning of the hydraulic oil is closely related to the working efficiency of the system. Many failures of the lift are caused by the pollution of the hydraulic oil, so the quality of the hydraulic oil is particularly important for the lift. It is very important to evaluate the pollution degree of hydraulic oil by simple methods. Here is a set of basic methods for analysis and verification.

1. Put the new and old hydraulic oil of the same brand into two test tubes respectively, and compare and observe the smell, color and consistency of the hydraulic oil. The color of the oil does not change very much, but it is only turbid, which means that the oil contains a small amount of water or other impurities. It must be heated to evaporate the water before continuing to use; If the old oil is dark black and has a large odor, replace the hydraulic oil; If the oil color changes and the resistance is still transparent, consider whether it is mixed with other oils. At this time, it can still be used as long as the viscosity of the oil is not different.

2. Because the rising speed of bubbles in the oil is inversely proportional to the consistency of hydraulic oil, the new and old hydraulic oil of the same brand of car lift can be injected into two identical test tubes respectively. Hold the nozzle with your hand, leave a small amount of air in the tube, and invert it at the same time. Compare the rising speed of bubbles in the two groups of test tubes. When the speed is similar, it means that the concentration of hydraulic oil is not different, and it can be used again; If the bubble in the aging oil rises too fast, it indicates that the viscosity is too low and should not be used again.

3. Inject the hydraulic oil of the car lift into the same clean test tube, which can be passed through by light in a bright environment for human eye observation, so that the particle impurities of more than 35mm can be distinguished. If there are many impurities dispersed, it indicates that the oil is dirty. It can also be left standing and filtered out. If the color of the oil is dark, it can also be filtered and checked with filter paper. The method is to take a drop of evenly agitated hydraulic oil and drop it on the filter paper. If there are dark black solid particles left after penetrating the oil, it indicates that there are many impurities and should not be used.
