1. Space

Although it is a double-column lift, the space requirements of the floor type and the gantry type are different! (What's the difference between a double-column lift and a gantry lift! The gantry has beams, so it has certain requirements for height. There are two height options (OH-4000) 3621mm and 3821mm for gantry double columns. If you plan to make a ceiling, 3900 mm is enough height. If the height is less than 3621 mm, you can only install double columns on the bottom plate. At the same time, pay attention to the process of rising. The height of the floor-type (BP-4000) column is 2742mm, and the lifting height is 1815-1917mm. (Generally, the height of the car is 1500mm, and that of the SUV is 1800mm.) So the height of the floor-type double-column can reach 3717mm.

Next is the length and width. The 4S standard station is 7 meters * 4 meters, and the installation position is just in the middle. If your space is not so large, you need to save it. The width difference between the floor and the gantry is not large, 3350mm and 3428mm, respectively. It is acceptable to be larger than these two widths, and the length can be reserved for 2800mm in front and back. The total length is about 6050mm (2800+2800+450), which is suitable for most models.

2. Foundation

Double-column lifters have very high requirements for the ground, especially for baseplate type double-column lifters, because there is no beam to offset the torsion of the column, so the requirements for the ground base are more strict. We require the ground foundation to be poured into concrete structure at one time, with a thickness of not less than 15cm and no reinforcement; If the thickness is less than 15CM or the concrete is poured twice, the foundation needs to be rebuilt. The foundation of the double-column lift will not be too difficult. Take the column as the center and dig two 1 m * 1 m * 0.45 m deep pits! It will take about 10 days to install!
